The team at Internet Marketing Success are always looking out for new ways to MAKE MONEY. Obviously when we find something worth sharing - we will share it!

Now is one of those occassions. So, here's a brief description of how to make money by investing in music artists.

We have stumbled across sellaband.com - completely by mistake it has to be said. This fantastic concept allows you to invest in up and coming music artists by purchasing parts (or shares) in them. When you purchase shares in an artist you become a 'believer'. Once any particular artist reaches an investment of $50,000 they are sent to a top recording studio to record their album.

This album is then sold on the sellaband website and Amazon. 

So, how do you make money?

When the album or individual tracks are purchased, you a make a percentage of each sale. It works the same as if you were to buy shares in a publicly owned company - so the percentage is related to the amount you have invested.

As a bonus you will receive a number of limited addition CDs of the recorded album (again, the amount depends on the shares you own). You are given the license to sell these yourself for more profit - if you wish to do so.

The hottest artist on sellaband at the moment is Ellie Williams. She has an amazing voice and fully deserves to get her album recorded. She is our first investment and is setting all kinds of records with regards to the speed in which she is raising her $50k.

This has to be the best bet at present. She has many 'believers' and is creating a buzz around the Internet (including YouTube and MySpace).

Our recommendation is to invest quickly in her - before it's too late and all shares have been sold. By no means are we music experts - but we can see a good marketing investment when we see one.
